The front building is closer to the sand, so views are partially filtered—but there’s still plenty of Gulf to enjoy for morning coffee, outdoor dining, and sunset listening to the waves. Sleeping & bathrooms Primary bedroom: brand-new memory-foam king bed, TV, closet Second bedroom: two full beds, TV, closet, private en-suite with stand-up shower + separate vanity area Second full bath: tub/shower combo (great for kids) Living room: spacious seating + Smart TV/cable; pullout sofa offers an additional sleeping option for your group of up to 6 Family-friendly comforts Pack ’n Play + high chair, board/card games, and Wi-Fi for streaming and multiple devices. Kitchen + “comforts of home” Fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, oven, blender, wine glasses, and cooking essentials. In-unit washer/dryer makes beach towels and swimsuits easy. Community BBQ grill next to the condo. Pool + location Seasonal heated outdoor pool: March, April, October & November (not heated in winter) Across the street from Pier 33 (groceries + coffee upstairs) About a 15-minute walk to The Hangout, plus nearby favorites like Bahama Bob’s and Janino’s Pizza Thoughtful extras Full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash + starter toilet paper/paper towels. Smoking and vaping are only allowed on the balcony. Per city of Gulf Shores, smoking and vaping are not allowed on the beach. We want you to have an amazing time at our beach home.
