Other Details to Note

Our townhome is a shared duplex. You will have a shared porch with your neighbor. The upstairs balcony is divided with a privacy wall. The grilling area under the townhome has two grills but is still a shared space with seating. Our side has a smart TV with private outdoor seating along with ping pong table, bags, fishing poles. The 4th bedroom is a Junior bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a queen pull out sofa bed. The Junior bedroom is not closed/Private. There are stairs at our townhome. This provides wonderful views of the lagoon and views of the gulf, but might be difficult for those individuals who have trouble climbing stairs. The townhome also has stairs separating the 1st and 2nd floor to the upper bedrooms. One bedroom is down stairs on the same level with the kitchen, dinning room, and kitchen.

Extremely quiet and peaceful area of Gulf Shores. Beach and ocean access is about a 6-8 min walk. Private pier allows for fishing off the dock with fish cleaning station. Also room to pull up boat.

Guest Access

Our complex is 8 total townhomes in a small community surrounding the central heated pool (in spring/fall) /hotub/kiddie pool. Each townhome is one side of a duplex. There are 4 large duplexes in the Laguna Sands Community. The pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub are shared with the other 7 townhomes.

PERFECT location! So spacious and loaded with everything so you didn’t have to pack it! Bikes! Beach towels! A Beach Wagon! Corn hole, ping pong, puzzles and games! Every bedroom was plenty of room and beds for our family. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Tara and Jeff's place was exactly as described. Walkable to the beach (we really appreciated the beach cart!), a local restaurant and a great ice cream shop. Shops and more restaurants were only a five minute drive or so. The Gulf State Park was also nearby and definitely worth the visit if you're a nature lover. About a half hour drive to Fort Morgan which was really cool. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Hosts were super responsive. Would stay here again!

This place was great and the owners made check-in and out super easy! Not to mention, we were only a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute drive from good food, so this was pretty much the perfect spot. When we come back to Gulf Shores, we'll be staying here again.

Find us

6-8 min walk to beach. Public beach access off of 13th street has parking available(2 min drive). Plenty of running trails and walking and biking lanes on west beach blvd
